Meet Sam & Jess – The Chefs Behind Marbull Catering

With over 30 years of combined experience, we are passionate chefs dedicated to bringing exceptional food to Wagga and the Riverina.

Our journey has taken us from local kitchens to London, where we worked with one of the city’s most sought-after catering companies. During this time, we had the privilege of catering events at iconic landmarks such as Old Billingsgate Markets, Kensington Palace, the Tower of London, and Lancaster Palace. We’ve even cooked for esteemed guests, including Sir Richard Branson, Prince Charles, and Princess Anne.

After returning home, we spent five years as Head Chefs at local establishments, refining our skills and deepening our connection with the community. Then, we decided it was time to bring our passion directly to you.
